Processing is performed by third-party AI infrastructure, and results may vary depending on image quality, subject matter, and other factors.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Upload images that violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload images that are illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload images that infringe on someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights
- Attempt to abuse the Service through automated scripts, bots, excessive automated requests, or any form of security testing without prior written permission
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the availability or security of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its underlying AI models
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you upload to RemoveBgNow. We do not claim any rights, title, or interest in your content. The output images generated by the Service belong to you and may be used for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without attribution or payment.
The RemoveBgNow name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to process images. While our AI model is highly capable, results are not guaranteed to be perfect for every image. Factors such as image quality, resolution, subject complexity, lighting, and background contrast can affect output quality. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the output before using it for any purpose.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

7. Service Availability
We strive to keep RemoveBgNow available at all times, but we make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or performance.
